- Expertise in Dance. Strong background and knowledge in one or more dance styles.

- Teaching Experience. Experience of teaching dance at dance studios, community centers, schools, or other venues.

- Communication Skills. Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills.

- Patience and Creativity. Having patience and creativity to engage and motivate students.

- Competition or Performance Experience. Any experience in participating dance battles or choreography competitions or stage performances. Not all of them are required.

- Formal Education (Optional). A college degree in dance or a related field.

We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and well-organized partner to join EDS’s operation team, helping with scheduling, course publishing, message management, and keeping information flow on track.

Locations & Work Arrangement

Remote / Part-time both acceptable, flexible schedule (must respond/update several times a day)

Requirements and Qualifications

• Proficient in Chinese (clear written expression, logical communication)

• Able to read and handle English content (some instructors and materials are in English)

• Quick response to messages, no unnecessary delays

• Careful and systematic, good at organizing, spotting issues, and correcting mistakes promptly

• Forward-thinking with class scheduling/course planning, able to plan ahead and coordinate

• Stable personality, able to work under pressure, patient yet able to maintain boundaries when dealing with different instructors

Job Responsibilities

• Assist students and parents online and answer questions related to classes

• Handle registration, class scheduling, leave/makeup requests, and related tasks

• Support communication between instructors and students

• Help the operations team with daily promotions and event execution

We’re Looking For Someone Who

• Is bilingual in Chinese and English, with strong communication and customer service skills

• Is proficient with office software, WeChat, and mini programs

• Is responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking

• Has experience in front desk, customer service, or education admin (preferred)

• Has a background in dance (a plus!)
